Cutting and processing of profiles

The company Synemis Tools s.r.o. deals with the processing of aluminum, plastic and thin-walled steel profiles into components manufactured according to the technical specification specified in the drawing documentation.

We work in accordance with the ISO 2768 - mK standard

Specifications and cutting parameters

We offer cutting of high and wide aluminum and PVC profiles. Suitable for serial and special production:

  • cutting semi-finished products up to 250x100mm by cutting the profile
  • formatting to required standard angles in the range: o 90° | 90°/45° | 45°/45° | 90°/90° | 45° (atypical angles upon consultation)
  • maximum cutting length L=6000mm
  • minimum cutting length in normal operation 90° and 45° L=350 mm
  • in automatic operation, it is possible to format parts of a smaller size up to 300 mm (only with 90° orientation)

Machining of various profiles

We also offer economical and efficient machining of aluminum, plastic and thin-walled steel profiles

  • fast, precise, flexible and economical machining
  • we offer all work operations such as milling, drilling and thread cutting.
  • our technology is friendly on surface treatments of components with minimum risk of damage to visible parts
  • 3-axis modern control including the possibility of machining from the sides of the profile (top, back, front, left and right)
  • maximum working length for one clamping for machining of the upper part L=4150, of the side parts of the profiles L=4000.
  • modern model enables machining oversized lengths
